PE 9 Strength, Stretches + Goals

Strengths:

My strength in this class is that I can work with other people without a problem. When I get put with new people I can introduce myself and I can do the activities with them. I understand that physical activities are important for my physical well being now and in the future. I can also show fair play, safe play and leadership.

Stretches:

Some of my stretches are learning new games/activities and staying engaged in some activities. For an example if I’ve rarely played the game or never it is difficult to stay engaged in that activity. Sometimes understanding the movements can be a bit difficult at times too.

Goals:

My goal moving on is to try to put in more effort into the activities I don’t enjoy. How will I do that? By thinking of the positives of the activity. If i have a hard time understanding movements I can ask for help.
