When we first start our health units I do not know much about health and how important health is. In the unit about personal health plans, I learn how important sleep, exercise, and a balanced diet to our daily life. I learn how important these are because they provide energy for our bodies to function. After learning about this unit, it causes me to assess my current state of health to adjust my lifestyle by getting more sleep than before, I am able to add time to exercise each day and also adding many kinds of foods like fruit and vegetable into my diet. These three have helped me to be healthier knowing they are beneficial to my health.
