Foods 12 October Lab Reflection
I chose to reflect on the gaufre de liege because I’ve never made them before so it was interesting to try something new. They were also my favourite lab we did this month because they turned out amazing. I enjoyed this lab because we used a method that I’ve never done before which involved making sugar pearls. It was interesting to do and in the end it made the waffles very good. This lab was very fun. Our waffles turned out the way we had hoped they would because they looked and tasted good. We made sure we thoroughly read the instructions and did exactly what it said. My group worked well in this lab and there weren’t any issues. We all worked together and helped each other when we needed help. That played a huge part in making this lab successful. I wouldn’t do anything differently if I were to make this again because everything turned out great.
