Can caffeine stunt your growth?
No, caffeine does not stunt your growth, however, it is a very popular belief. There is no scientifically proven evidence that caffeine can stunt a person’s growth. This myth may have come from the idea that it has something to do with an early study linking caffeine to reduced bone mass and osteoporosis, but the link between caffeine consumption and osteoporosis was never confirmed. Your height is largely determined by the height of your parents and the quality of your diet and your overall health while growing. So this myth is busted. Caffeine has nothing to do with stunting a person’s growth.
