Safety First Cheat Sheet

Fire: Do not pour water over a grease fire.

Burns/Scalds: Protect burns with a bandage or cloth.

How to Prevent Food Poisoning: Use separate cutting boards if you’re cutting raw meat and vegetables to prevent cross-contamination.
