does caffine stunt your growth?

Ryan Raposo

A myth that has been said to me a lot as a kid was coffee was an adult drink not for children and if I drank some it would make me short and not be able to grow. Coffee does not stunt your growth that is all based on your heritage or your genes but coffee can affect your nervous system the average male will grow until he is 18 or his early 20s a woman will stop growing until about 18 years of age. Studies say “Subsequent studies showed that women aged 65 to 77 who drank about 18 ounces of caffeine daily did have greater bone loss over a three-year period than those who didn’t” written by Michael Franco. O’Connor says Focusing exclusively on children, a more recent study tracked 81 teenagers for six years. The result? There was no difference in bone density between the biggest buzz catchers and those who drank the least amount of caffeine. There has been many studies of coffee and if it stunts your growth or not personally I believe coffee will not do anything to your growth that it was just away of telling your kids to stay away from it because if you drink to much it is actually bad for your health you could be sleep deprived and suffer nervous system damage.

there has been tests on caffeine and how it affects your bones caffeine will not stunt your growth but can give woman osteoporosis which means it will just weaken the bones.

so to me the research that I have found coffee does not stunt your growth but can give you health problems if consumed to much

food waste

I am not much of a wasteful guy I usually eat all my food I never throw food out neither does my family we will save it and keep cool in the fridge and if we go out to eat we will ask for a takeout box and take home and as well keep food in fridge but if we do waste food we will put in compost outside in our backyard and tie it shut so no animals will go through and get them sick and not put food in garbage can and save up on paper plates and straws to help the environment to reduce the consumption use reusable plates glass or Tupperware start freezing foods blanching so you can reuse vegetables for another day. Start preserving food and keeping long time on shelves to save time going to the store and wasting food and money and if making big portions of food give to neighbors or the homeless that way everyone is getting fed and you are not wasting. With green onions you can regrow them so you aren’t wasting if you don’t need them, don’t waste them if you don’t want anymore in your meal you can also reduce wasting by using every part like fruit with lemon peel you can zest it or juice it and just use every part of it. When making meats you can cut them into smaller pieces so you can get more of it but still what you paid for and not using big chunks if feeding whole family
