Something i learned this week was how to write and differentiate function and mapping notation.

Function Notation:

Function variable with input number next to it equals the rule of the function.

Mapping Notation:

Function variable with a colon next to it and input number after the colon. Arrow pointing to the right with the rule of the function next to it.
