1.Did you enjoy this lab? Why or why not?

I did not have the chance to do this lab, but just looking at the pictures it looks like it was a lot of fun to make.

2.What reasonable (i.e. no candy!) thing would you do to alter this recipe to keep it healthy or make it healthier? What would this add to the recipe (i.e. vitamins, minerals, fats)?

To make this recipe more healthier I would probably cut down on the sodium by lowering how much soy sauce we need and maybe add more vegetables for some extra vitamins.

3.Often, rolls like these are served deep fried. Most people understand that deep frying food is not healthy for us. What exactly does deep frying do to our food? Why does it become unhealthy? What, if any, nutrients are added that are not great for us?

When you deep fry your food it will make it more fattening and oily.  It is a high fat content, deep frying is also high in calories, making it more likely you will eat more calories than you need and possibly gain weight. The saturated fat and trans fat in deep-fried foods increase your risk for high cholesterol and heart disease.  https://www.quora.com/How-does-deep-frying-become-unhealthy-for-you
