This article outlines what it was like in the day to day life in Hiroshima, Japan before the bomb hit. It talks about Mr. Tanimoto’s life the morning “little Boy”, the nuclear bomb, hit his hometown. I was interested in the article because it sheds a different light on the nuclear bombing of japan, it shows how it wasn’t soldiers that died, it was people. I personally believe that something had to be done in the war to force japan to surrender but nuclear weapons was too much. This furthers my views because it shows how innocent lives taken so abruptly and if there were any survivors they couldn’t ever go back to their normal lives
