1. Yes! I enjoyed this lab because I got to eat alot of salad rolls because my group didn’t want theirs. Also rolling the rice paper was a bit challenging but once you get the hang of it it is easy.
2. For this recipe I would add chicken and substitute the peanut sauce for something that is not as thick, and find away too incorporate fruits.
3. Deep frying is not healthy for you because it is just pure batter. Eating it can and may clog your arteries and there is a lot of unnecessary fat when you deep fry things.
