Stretch the Kitchen

We chose to bake peanut butter cookies with additions such as, chocolate chips, and replacing white flour with whole wheat.  My group during this lab faced difficulties.  Some difficulties we faced were not softening the butter before using the mixer, over using the mixer, and not mixing the chocolate chips with the flour before gradually adding into the dough.  In the end we managed to solve all those problems.  I enjoyed this lab because  during this lab I was very hands on and had to think critical.  Although we had some difficulties our product turned out delicious.  I was very proud of our finished product, not only did they look yummy but tasted very yummy.  We decided to replace the white flour with the whole wheat in hopes to make it a little more hearthy.  We decided to add chocolate chips to add some texture.  Overall I enjoyed this lab.
