This week I started the shaping of the wood to match what I am creating. I started by getting the wood strips when in order to bend more easily and then laid them out in front of me.

This week I worked a lot with hot glue and started with the base of two popsicle sticks for the back and then proceeded to twist the wood into loops and hot glue it to the base after every loop.

This week I finished looping the wood in this fashion all the way to the bottom of the popsicle sticks. Next week I hope to start the pieces of wood going off of the base and spreading the structure outward.
