Planet Rose

My planet is called Planet Rose, this is because it is an amazing place for everything that lives there towards. Planet Rose is covered by a sort of jungle, except instead of the leaves, trees, grass, and other things being green they are red. This is why it has the name Planet Rose, because of all the gorgeous reds covering the planet, and there is water all around the planet for all the living things to grow and stay alive. The water is crystal clear and all the water is drinkable for anything, and it is livable for anything that can live in that water.

Method of Reproduction:

The method of reproduction I have chosen to use for my planet is sexual, I would rather it be this way so that this planet can grow in different ways and not just stay the same forever. Where is I would have chosen asexual every thing would stay the same and sometimes change is really good. It is more interesting and more possibilities for new and different things, and the new variations of something can adapt itself the any environment and keep on living.

Method of Cell Division:

The method of cell division that I chose for Planet Rose is to use meiosis. I choose this because of the way it creates four sex cells and it makes everything way more unique than having to use mitosis where you would just get two of the same cell divided and then that would create the same exact cells over and over and over again. So, I would rather go with meiosis to have more variety and more imaginative and creative things happen on this planet than just have the same sort of thing all over it. This would give my planet endless possibilities and can help the things that live their concur what new environments that come along.

Mitosis is more simple, you start with a normal cell, then it starts to divide but stays together, then it separates fully and later begins the cycle all over again. Although meiosis is a little complex and personally a little more interesting, you start with a cell, then this cell divides just as mitosis, but then it divides once more making four cells. Even though they only get half of what the parent had it still creates more cells, more variety, and more exciting things.
