I chose to reflect on this lab because it was one of the most interactive and unique cooking labs we have done. I enjoyed the lab because it was definitely the coolest to make and best to enjoy and eat after creation. most of the croissants turned out quite well maybe 1 or 2 not fully gaining the proper shape but I think the most were really good. our table was very co-operative in this lab but we have a couple slow parts because not everyone is fully helping and getting their jobs done if we were to redo this lab the only thing I would do better is definitely make more

    This is a good start, Owen, but I think you can add a bit more detail in your response. Also, you are missing both of your pictures.
