I can advocate for myself and my ideas. I advocate for my self buy asking for help when I don’t understand a subject or material that was given to me. An example of me advocating for myself would be, when we got an extension on our summer break, and I lost a week of time to work on projects for my classes along with having all the other assignments for the unit we were doing to be rushed. There was a lot of people that didn’t do anything and just stayed doing everything that they were doing before, but I finish all my assignments early so I could move onto the next one.
I can implement, monitor, and adjust a plan and assess the results. One way that I adjusted due to my results was in unit three of CLE we got an assignment to fill out a 20 slide PowerPoint on a job of our choosing. The job that I went with at the start was an artist, when I got to doing research on the subject there was not a lot of info on it because the amount of money that you make relies on the number of sails you get. This made it hard for me to come up with a good number for income, so I changed it to tattoo art which was a job that I was interested in but didn’t think that there was a good salary that came along with it but in the end, there was and I ended up finishing the assignment early and could work on other things. |

I am an active learner and can respond to simple, direct questions. I do this by actively asking question when I do not know what the answer is. I can also do this by answering the questions that I do know the answers to so I can stay engaged and learning different things
I can further develop my communication competency by learning another langwidge and studying hard in English class. I will do this by attending all my classes and studding for testes on my own time at home. |
