The artifact that I am using shows that I can improve my personal abilities. The artifact that I selected relates to my testing scores because, I want to set goals to push myself. in the past I ran 33 minutes on the 5k run I want to be able to get under 30 minutes on it. To achieve my goal, I must stay active and be running often. Another thing I can do is keep my body stretched out so I can run faster and further without getting as fatigued. The last thing that I can do is do cardio to billed up stamina in my body.
Another goal I have is to be able to do 25 to 30 pushups in one minute. I was unimpressed with my pushup count from the last fitness testing and want to do better. I can do pushups before I go to bed every other day and record how many I was able to do before my arms gave in. one more thing I can do is work out my arms and core more often.
Some if my strengths are that I am always on the ice on time and show up to practice early. some of my weaknesses are that I sometimes don’t play my hardest and slack off when in the net, I also don’t bring a water bottle when I go too any sports.
