Community Connections
For this project I chose to do a dance lab her name is Brooke! It’s a really odd choice but I’m actually interested what happens in a lab since I already know what the dancers do. their responsibilities are making a groups of people that enjoy doing dance and just making a community! I wanted to email an actual dancer but they didn’t respond back. So, I had to take another path and try out something different. I still am interested in what their doing since they have experienced what the dancers have been through and what they do.
These are the questions that were required, plus some questions of my own.
What are you passionate about you job?
Iv’e been involved in dance forever. But I’m super passionate about this business because I want to help dancers improve and make dance training accessible to dancers who don’t have quality instructions in their area or cant afford it.
What obstacles have you faced to get where you are today?
There are lots of challenges with starting a business. It’s a lot of trying to figure out things on your own and investigating a lot of money and not sure if its going to work or not
What advice would you pass on you someone interested in what you are doing?
My advice would be to make sure you have a solid business plan, and get the right people and people on board. You cant do everything so you need good people to help you or execute you

What is the hardest part about your job?/ dance?
The hardest part about dance is from the start you don’t really know what you will be doing and what you will end up with. Just like with the challenges questions many things could get in the way and it will be hard to face at first. Also building a team
If there was anything else out there besides dance what would you pick?
