How might your digital footprint
affect your future opportunities?

When I am older I may be signing up for a job or a college, and if I am not leaving a good digital footprint it will for sure affect me in getting into the college or getting the job. They could also accept me for the job, but give me fewer opportunities because of my digital footprint, and because they would not know me as a person but know me as a digital footprint.

1.  I can be careful when posting pictures, videos, or comments on any social media platforms.

2. Not use any social media or anything that will affect my digital footprint in any bad way.

3. Another way to keep my digital profile safe and appropriate is to not use my full name in any posts, comments.

 

 

 

 

What information did you learn
that you would pass on to other
students? How would you go
about telling them?

 

 

I learnt that you should be really careful of what you are posting on the internet and that if u make a mistake on the internet you might regret it for your life. I would just tell them to be careful of what they are posting on the internet and to make smart decisions on social media.
