Character sketch paragraph
Dave Conroy to start off is the main and
only character in “a mountain journey”
a book we read last week. He is an
extremely stubborn and arrogant man
, because he knew what was the right
thing to do and still did not do so
simply because of ego. From the story
this is what I found out about what
Dave Conroy looked like :He had a
beard and mustache. Dave Conroy. The
author uses foreshadowing and giving
us hints at the beginning of the story
that Dave Conroy was going to die in
the winter wilderness. Dave Conroy
made many mistakes throughout the
story. For example when he didn’t
build a fire, not resting by the tree, and
when he didn’t dry his hands after he
fell through the ice.q
