The employment opportunity is a job as a cashier at A&W. This would be a great first job to  get experience for future employment opportunities. In order to get this job I would need to have strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure and multi task, and be team oriented. I would be able to bring a good people skills, a strong work ethic, and quick learning skills to the job. In order to be suitable for this position I would need to do 2 weeks in store training and online training.

The volunteering opportunity I have found is at Pinetree Community Centre. This volunteering could benefit my future by helping me find future employment opportunities with the city of Coquitlam, or I could put it on my resume to help me get other jobs.  I am passionate about getting involved with this because I enjoy working with children and there would be a variety of different things I could help with, rather than always doing the same things.
