This year in math 10 I used Critical thinking the most to show my understanding of what we learned this year. This year we specifically looked at linear equations and how to solve them on or off a graph to do this I used my critical thinking to solve the math problems I faced.
This year in Social studies I used Communication the most to show my learning, the best example would be my WWII essay in which I will provide a link to: Continuity and Change Essay.docx
This year in weight training I used my critical thinking the most to figure out what exercise would have the best muscle growth, I found that squats, bench press, deadlifts, and shoulder presses would have the best muscular improvement, I cannot reference any project this year for weight training, because we didn’t do any of the sort.

The person I chose to interview was Ger Donnelly, who played for the Canadian women’s soccer national team. I chose to interview Ger because I would also one day like to play for the Canadian men’s national team. Also my dad was the coach of her team at the time.
Interview:
Me- Why are you passionate about your job (soccer)
Ger- it’s always been in my life. My family always had a kick around and I watched football as much as I could, while living in London.
Me- Why are you passionate about soccer?
Ger- My size. People judging my physical size (5’4 110 lbs) versus my ability to play the game. I was always having to prove I belonged on the National team.
Me- What obstacles did you face during your career?
Ger- Train as hard as you can, believe in yourself and wait for your opportunity to prove how good you are. Never give up. Play at the highest level you can.
Me- What was the best moments of your career?
Ger- Personally for me, it was scoring two goals for the Canadian National Women’s Team. As a team, it was all of our accomplishment, and the life long friendship we developed. To further define our accomplishments qualifying for our first ever women’s World Cup and beating the U.S!
Me- What was the worst part of your Career?
Ger- 3 training sessions a day, lack of support from the CSA, being pulled in all directions (i.e working and training), lack of international matches, trying to be the best we could be with limited funding.
Me- And if any of my teachers or classmate would want to contact you would you be okay with them contacting you?
Ger- Yes I would be okay with any of your peers/teachers contacting me, as a teacher it’s my job to help students, they can contacted my through you Nathan, as your dad has my number.
Geraldine Donnelly was a former Canadian soccer player. As a midfielder, she represented Canada at the 1995 and 1999 editions of the FIFA Women’s World Cup and was named Canadian Player of the Year in 1996 and 1999.
What I learned:
I learned that I should always strive to be the best at what I am doing. And no matter what obstacles I face I should always push onward.

I have no information on the internet about me so that can both have a positive and negative affect for future opportunities. On one hand, there is no images or news that could poorly affect me and my future opportunities, and on the other hand, it doesn’t say anything positive about me either. My social media has no information on me, not even my name.

Strategies I use to keep my digital footprint appropriate and safe are I monitor what I say on others comments, I don’t post images or videos that could offend others, and I am rarely on any kind of social media or websites that require lots of information. Therefore, I would say my digital footprint is appropriate and safe.

about telling them?
Information I would tell my fellow peers on how to keep a appropriate and safe digital footprint would be, not posting any offensive, discriminating, or mean images, videos, or comments on social media. Those are my tips on keeping a safe and appropriate digital footprint. In my opinion a good digital footprint can help build a good reputation of yourself and make either a good or a bad image of who you are.
