Lasagna Roll-Ups-

I chose this lab because it was the best tasting one out of all the labs we did. It took not that many ingredients but it had a great flavour with the tomato sauce and beef on the inside filling. I enjoyed this lab because I have never boiled lasagna pasta before and it was a cool learning experience, I also enjoyed this lab because this was my first time cooking raw beef. I was happy with the taste, texture and looks of my product, the filling of the lasagna just all blended together. I think my group worked well when cooking this lab because we all split up jobs like boiling the pasta and making sure it doesn’t stick to the pot and panfrying the filling of the lasagna roll-ups, working as a team helped us be quick, clean and efficient. If I were to do this lab again I would add more cheese on the inside and on the top like we did with the breakfast burritos.
