Memphis Blues in one of the best restaurants in all of Vancouver with its homemade, flavourful, and unique cuisine. Coming through the front doors to this cute little place, a string of “hello’s” are heard from the friendly staff members of this cozy restaurant. The kitchen is open and available to be seen by all prying eyes. Chefs are hard at work creating the most magnificent and flavourful of meals. After stepping foot into this place, a Southern, rustic, bluesy vibe is immediately felt. The scent of Southern barbecued meats fills the nostrils and immediately pulls customers in. When observing the restaurant, wooden tables and booths are seen as well as pictures of old Blues artists all over the walls.  The sizzling of the tender meat being cooked is heard from the kitchen as well as Blues music being played loudly for everyone to enjoy. Customers are clearly enjoying themselves chatting amongst each other and devouring the delectable, delicious food. The atmosphere is cheerful and friendly with families and friends packing the place to the rim. Once sat down, having experienced the vibe in this place and having grazed the smooth wooden booths with eager fingers, no one ever wants to leave! Although this place is full of character and welcoming nature, nothing beats the food served! The pulled pork sandwich is a personal favourite. The mouth-watering, juicy, cooked to perfection pork is topped with a smoky homemade barbecue sauce that brings back memories of sitting around a campfire inhaling that wonderful strong scent. This is all served on a yummy toasted soft bun with savory, juicy coleslaw and delicious barbecue pit beans on the side; a heavenly mix. It’s finger licking good, a meal you’ll surely never get enough of! Not only is this a great meal choice but the tender, traditional, tasty brisket, cooked to perfection is hard to beat as well. To make things even more exceptional, the prices are pretty affordable, allowing customers to fully enjoy any option on the menu! Amazing memories are sure to be made here at this restaurant! This restaurant is lovely and gives nostalgic feelings of sitting around eating pulled pork sandwiches with my whole family!
