So far in Chemistry 12 labs, I have demonstrated the Core Competency of critical thinking. This is displayed in my lab work through my ability to write thoughtful conclusions, referring back to my data. I analyze and critique my data, and apply my knowledge of Chemistry topics and theories to better understand our lab results. I also use my critical thinking skills when actively doing labs through asking  sophisticated questions and properly using all lab equipment to get the most accurate result.

I can improve my lab skills by prioritizing safety, as I often forget to put my bag under my desk before we begin. I will do this by always putting my bag under my desk in the morning so I don’t forget on lab days. I can also ask my friends to remind me, as a fail-safe.
