I agree with Kevin Kelly that the technologies bring us benefits and it also gives us an opportunity to progress. For example, computer can do several things, such as communicating with people around the world with apps or mail. It also can write documents with auto-correction of grammar and spelling. There are simple technologies as well, such as a toothbrush which can clean your teeth easily and led pencil which we don’t need to sharpen anymore. However, technology can produce bad effect on not only us but also environment. Vehicles produce pollution that harm our health, and carbon dioxide that destroy our silvicultural systems. How we can make technology benefit to us is all depend on human education. We have many places to be educated, like at home, school, community and so forth. At home, we learn how to compose food from parents and how to protect environment at school. We also share the community idea of making the environment better. As a result, if human can use technology wisely, even though how it progresses further, we can use it as only benefit to us. Therefore, technology can be an extension of life.
