Student Reflections:

  1. Give three reasons why you would like this job (be specific):             a) Because I would get to experience lots of new things each day.
  2. b) I would get to go shopping for most of the day in search of cool things.
  3. c) I would be able to meet actors and actresses and go on sets.  Give three reasons why you would not like this job (be specific):                                                                                                 a) The amount of driving I would have to do and the traffic I would encounter.                                                                                b) The amount of stress you are put through would be too much for me.                                                                                                c) Having to work in an office for some of the day.
  4. Is this job for you? Why or why not?                                                     I don’t believe this would be the right job for me considering my options and what I actually am looking into. I wouldn’t want this profession because it would be too stressful and it just doesn’t suit me very well.

4.Explain the value of the TOKTW experience in relation to your ideas about your post secondary (after high school) plans (education?, training?, travel?, work?).

Right now, while we are in high school is the best time to look into a job. TOKTW day is a good way to experience a profession without having it be permanent. During this time, we can look into different things and try things out.
