Analysis Of ‘’Soundcloud’’
Soundcloud was launched in August 2007 and originated in Berlin Germany where the app had token off and started to succeed as a company here is the story of SoundCloud. SoundCloud’s purpose was meant for people to upload, record, promote and share the content meant for the app which is sharing music and other sounds. This all happened because of SoundCloud’s creators known as Alexander Ljung and Eric Wahlforss the app SoundCloud has produced rappers who started from the app such as LiL Pump with his hit selling record Gucci gang which has 1.5billion audio and video streams. beside the point SoundCloud makes their money by advertising SoundCloud subscriptions where you can listen and download music offline and experience other sounds. Eric Ljung had a YouTube interview in 2008 where he said “We build an audio platform that’s used by people working with music to be able to receive, send, and distribute their music (Eric Ljung 2008). The app SoundCloud was released in 2008 and started out as an indie platform for the people who wanted to discover different types of music genres. SoundCloud the app makes their profit and money off SoundCloud. You are probably wondering what is SoundCloud go? SoundCloud go is where you can listen to your playlist and search songs offline in fact thousands of artists have purchased sound cloud go. ‘’SoundCloud the app does not recommend people under the age of 16’’ (SoundCloud 2008). Words SoundCloud have jargoned are SoundCloud go, previous track, play, pause track, etc. Do you ever wonder what SoundCloud has achieved that is shocking Users have access to more than 200 million tracks and in 2017 there was 320 million global listeners? “Just had a very fruitful call with Alex Lung SoundCloud is here to stay” (Chance the Rapper July2017). At the end of the day SoundCloud is a successful app and will forever remain as a streaming music platform.

successful people who came out of soundcloud.
