During the process of completing the COL video, we learnt how to collaborate well as a group; because we kept an open mind about other’s ideas and dividing tasks equally throughout the group. We also learnt to expand our creative fluency by brain storming ways to make our trailer different.  As a group, we now have a better understanding of the story, by going into depth of the setting and characterization; doing so by feeling like we are part of the story as we acted it out. Along with re reading the story to receive a greater comprehension of the authors motive and symbolic meaning. I learnt more about creating and producing a video, by creating story boards and looking into each scene we filmed.  We used creative fluency and thinking, by really thinking about the story’s setting while choosing where to film and costumes; and theme while choosing audio.
