Question 1:
I enjoyed this lab because, it was interesting to make a dish that I had never ate before and it incorporated lots of healthy foods that I like (cucumbers, noodles).
Question 2:
In my opinion I am not a fan of shrimp, so instead I would substitute the shrimp for chicken. Chicken is high in vitamin B6 and magnesium.
Question 3:
Deep fried food is very bad for you because, it adds lots of unnecessary fats and destroys lots of the good nutrients in foods. Deep frying your food can become a problem because it gets rid of the good nutrients, which causes lots extra calories.
