Hi, my name is London and in this Science assignment i was tasked with creating paper airplanes and hypothesizing ways to make the airplane fly longer. My Hypothesis for this assignment was as follows; If I put paper clips onto my paper airplane then it will fly longer because of balancing weight. My hypothesis was accepted because every time I flew it without the clip it would go significantly shorter distances. Things I learned from this assignment was the importance of balancing weight on aircrafts and especially on paper airplanes if the structure is unstable and some of the paper is not closed properly the flight will not go well. A few things I would do differently if I were to redo this assignment is I would make specific non-paperclipped flight tests and write them down instead of just throwing them into the charts as I did. I would also do a lot more test runs overall and get a better average. Overall I enjoyed this assignment very much and would recommend you keep doing assignments like this in the future.
