The instructions to building a mashmallow DNA model.

The ingredients that we used to make are DNA model.

This is the backbones with out the bases.

DNA, genes, and chromosomes are related becaus the make up what and who we are. DNA are the genetic code for are bodies that come from are parents. The DNA spirales which is called chromosomes and genes are the coding for DNA.

The Licorice represents the Phosphate backbone of DNA, and the Marshmallows represent the bases.

This activity helped me understand DNA better because it allowed me to think of it in a simpler way.
