This week, I learned another method to solve systems of equation-elimination. In using the method of elimination there are four general steps. First, we need multiply each equation by a constant to obtain coefficients for x (y) that are identical. Next, we need add or subtract the two equations to eliminate one of the variables. And then, we need solve the resulting equation to determine the value of one of the variables. Finally, we substitute the solution into either of the original equations to determine the value of the other variable.
An example of this method would really make this post better to understand.
