Scientific Method – Paper Airplanes

In this assignment, I was required to form an investigation using the scientific method with paper airplanes. I created a hypothesis: if the length of a paper airplane is increased, it will fly a greater distance because longer gliders generate more lift. I created the planes and tested each one multiple times. I measured the distance, recorded the data, and was able to prove my hypothesis in the end. Through the process of this assignment, I learned how to use the scientific method in this investigation. Additionally, I learned what makes a paper airplane fly better and at a greater distance. However, the next time I conduct an investigation, I want to improve the conditions so that the results are more accurate.
