Here is my groups podcast on the living conditions of Indigenous Peoples in Canada.
Reflection:
After working through this project with my group, I gained valuable experience and deepened my knowledge around indigenous peoples. Using Destiny Discover for research, my group I were able to discover credible information around my topic and utilize it in our final script. We discussed our thoughts and opinions as we brought our information together. Simultaneously, we developed the script in an orderly way by sharing and integrating our ideas. When we started to record, we came across a few obstacles involving audacity, as we had trouble figuring out the software. However, my group and I were able to figure out a way by researching our problem.
Core Competency – Critical thinking:
I am able to gather and combine new evidence with what I already know to develop reasoned conclusions, judgments, or plans. Previously, I knew basic information around Indigenous Peoples, but with this project, I was able to learn about the health and living conditions of indigenous communities. I obtained meaningful insights and developed a new perspective towards my topic.
