This week of math 10 we learned solving systems. We learned that there are 3 ways to do so. The first method is a method that is not used as much, it is graphing. The other method is the method we learned last week, substitution, the one that i like to use the best. And the last method is elimination. Elimination is where you look at 2 of the systems and see if there is a number you can eliminate by adding together.

So for this equation if you add all the commnon numbers together the y becomes 0 and gets eliminated and the new equation becomes 3x=18. Then you divide both sides by 3 and get the answer 6. If you plug it back into the equation Y equals 1.
