This week in math, I learned about function notation which is how functions are written. function notation is Function does something to the input, and based on the input, It will give an output.
Here’s an example of how a function notation is written: f(x)= 25 – 3x
When given a question like this, you will also get a corresponding number for the x value, lets say x is 4. This answer would then become f(4) = 25 – 3(4) then f(4)= 25 -12 => f(4)=13 which is the final answer.
