Within the next year I will run 5 kilometers within an hour. A few of the ways that I will attain this goal include practicing my running once a week, doing 10 jumping jacks every morning when I wake up and last watching educational videos about running style and technique. I will ask my mom for help in my cardio routine and ask my friend Diego to motivate me when I don’t feel like practicing. If I am too out of shape I can slowly work up my strength until I am able to do more intense sessions. Another problem may arise if I do not have enough time to practice, in this case I will plan my schedule around giving myself time to practice my cardio.
By the end of the school year I will have at least a C in every class I take this year. I will achieve it by asking my teacher for help when I need it and focusing during class to soak up all the crucial information I need to succeed. My teacher can help me improve my knowledge especially if I come in after school for extra help. My parents can also make sure that I do my homework at home and that I stay on task and finish my work while I’m not at school. If a hard assignment gets me a bad grade I will ask my teacher what I can do next time to improve and even if I can do the test/assignment again. At home my parents can remind me to do my homework and to stay on task.
