Anxiety

As you wake up I begin to creep up on you,

Every time you even think about going out you panic.

Sweat begins to drip down your face as you get out of the car

You start to breathe harder, and harder

Thinking maybe you shouldn’t have gone to school.

As you walk into the school you know everyone is judging you

You can’t concentrate anymore,

All you could think of is getting through the day without being noticed.

After the day passes you rush home,

And when you get into your room you say to yourself

“How did I survive”
