Fitness Goal Update – October 2017

My fitness goal has not changed but more has been added. I would like to use this fitness training to improve in other sports such as swimming and rugby. I also would like to be better at cardio endurance by the end of the year. Really focusing on stregthning my upper body as I haven’t focused much on it ever but still maintaning and improving lower body strength. I am really enjoying the program so far and feel the effects of it already.
