My goal for this year in fitness is to simply understand more about how to train my body and take care of it. I believe it’s important to have this knowledge so you can apply it as soon as possible. I also would like to simply be stronger this year and have a good jumpstart into fitness that will hopefully encourage me to keep strength training for the following years to come. I’m very excited for this year in fitness and can’t wait to learn. It seems in the end we will have a tight knit group of individuals who will help each other out.
