2. large Fries(A & W): 520 calories, 22g fat, 1g saturated fat, 920mg of sodium, 76g total of carbohydrates, 0g sugars, 6g of fibre
3. Cheese – Personal Pan Pizza (Pizza Hut(: 150 Calories, 6g total fat, 2.5g saturated fat, 310mg sodium, 17g total carbohydrates, 1g fibre, 2g sugars.
Alternatives:
- (Junior Chicken): Grilled Chicken: 109g calories, 5.7g of fat, 0g of carbohydrates, 0.8g saturated fat, 335mg sodium, 0.1g of sugar, 0g fibre. grilled chicken is healthier because it less fat and calories.
- (Large Fries): Baked potato: 93 calories, 0.1g total fat, 0g saturated fat , 10mg sodium, 21g total carbohydrates, 2.2g fibre, 1.2g sugars. Baked potato is healthier because it is homemade and it is a baked product.
- (Cheese – personal Pan Pizza): Pita with hummus: 267 calories, 6.6g total fat, 1g saturated fat, 555mg sodium, 42g total carbohydrates, 5g fibre, 0.8g sugars. Pita with hummus is healthier because it has more fibre.
