  1. What is your job title?Manager Enterprise Sales at Faronics Corporation
  2. What is your job description? He is responsible for managing the business relationships with the organization’s larger customers, known as enterprise accounts or key accounts. He also manages a team of 4 Account managers that report to him.
  3. What are the duties and/or tasks you perform at your job? He plays an internal role, planning sales activities to achieve targets for each account and an external role, liaising with decision-makers in the customer organization to assess their needs and provide relevant products and services
    – Prepare, implement and execute Strategic Account plans
    – Promote and engage solutions across the entire Account Portfolio
    – Responding on RFP’s ongoing to achieve the quarterly targets
    – Implement to the back office teams client requirements and contract/SLA obligations.
    – Build and maintain account relationships and customer satisfaction.
    – Identify and win new Enterprise accounts through effective new business development and account management.
    – Manage very high revenue based opportunities to meet revenue and growth strategies.
    – Prepare and Present Quarter, half year and annual business plans to Executive suite
     
  4. What qualifications do you have for this job in the following areas:
    a) Training? Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Sales Training, Management Training.
    b) Education? Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems (CIS), Business and Marketing
    c) Experience? 15 years in the software industry
    d) skills and attributes (personal qualities)?
    – 15 years Sales experience in the IT industry and Software Knowledge
    – Be certified on MCP (software licensing) and other software products
    – Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    – Driven by targets
    – Basic understanding of contracts, Terms and conditions and the ability to negotiate
    – Understand basic financial rules, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cost of sale, budget, leasing
    .
    – Deliver input to Marketing to pull together and lead sales campaigns to increase sales
    – Develop Ownership, Quality and Responsibility culture within the Sales team
    – Ability to articulate in written format responses to clients day to day needs

  2. What are some of the things you dislike about this job? The Commute downtown the extra expenses of working Downtown
  3. How do you anticipate this job changing in the next 5 years or so? With the raise of AI( Artificial intelligence) and automation,things in the customer related fields may change.

  1. Its really far from my house since its in Vancouver and we live in Port Coquitlam far from home
  2. Take a long time to get this job (school wise) and (collage wise)
  3. A desk job so it could get boring at sometimes

I think this job is for me because I love working with computers, I cant talk nice to people when I need, and even though It takes a while to get there I would still love to work there especially because my dad works there and it would be my dream to work with my dad
