Wasted Time.
Justin Emmanuel Hernandez Villa Del Rey has wasted his time again (pg.4)

At exactly 1/28/17 and 1/29/17, 14-year-old Justin has wasted his time playing Dark Souls III. If you do not know the Souls Series I will give a brief summary. The Souls Series are games that are built to make you die over and over again to proceed in the story you need to learn strategy, attack patterns, and perseverance. Justin was spending his time playing Dark Souls III instead of doing his homework. We even have an eyewitness to report what they saw. “Hi I am Horace, So I was just walking by and I saw him…. Justin sitting in front of the television mashing the buttons on his controller. I stood there and watched him die over and over again getting frustrated. I never saw someone who was as bad as Justin”. There you have it folks I will update when any new, news comes out about the time waster called Justin.
Wasted Time.
Sitting there was a boy
His hair dark as the night sky…
He screamed and thrashed about….
Anger coursing through his veins….
He exploded at the controller smashing
It’s body…. against the ground……
His face as red as a tomato….
He sat back down….
Glaring at the screen….
He started to feel….
How immature he has been…
“My mood is like the weather sometimes…
Clear and bright but in an instant
It can turn into a storm, wild and uncontrollable”
Says the boy to no one.
He picks up the controller slowly
He starts playing again……

Getting to Know You Paragraph
*WARNING MENTIONING MYSELF IN 3RD OR A NARRATIVE PERSPECTIVE*

A chilly wind blew through the crowd. Shivering he got ready. He dodged and weaved occasionally bumping into other competitors. “Sorry” He mutters rushing through the crowd hoping to make it in time. “Last call for heat 5, boys 50m freestyle!” The announcer said. He ran and ran eventually making it in time. “I made it” He sighed with relief. “Okay, I will call your name and which lane you will be in” The announcer said. The announcer made its way through the competitors eventually finishing up. He could hear the cheers some for him, some for others but right now he has to focus. “Ready!” He hops onto the diving board. “Set!” He leans down and grabs the edge with his right foot forward. The rough edge of the board irritating him. **BEEPS** He dives into the pool. With a splash, he was swimming with all his might the cold water and adrenaline rushing through him renovating and pushing him to go as fast as he can. The cheers from the crowd muffled by the cold waters. He takes a deep breath seeing the flags signifying he’s close to finishing 25m. He flips underwater. Once his feet touched the walls of the pool he pushed off while twisting his body so he would face downwards. He lost track of time while the only thing he knows was to keep going, don’t disappoint. At the thought of disappointing everybody, he blasts off faster than before. Before he knew it he finished feeling the soft foam which would stop the timer. He looked up in anticipation to know which did he get 1st? 2nd? Maybe 3rd is fine just as long as it isn’t the last place. He smiles once he saw it….1st he felt relieved that he had not disappointed anyone…….
A sigh escaped his lips. He was bored again ever since he stopped swimming when that accident…happened. Maybe he should draw again. Yeah, he would draw again everyone he knew did say he was pretty good. A smile graced across his lips “Well time’s a wasting” He said jokingly. He got up from his bed and laid his feet down the fuzzy carpet. He looked around his red colored room looking for the materials he needed. -A few minutes later- He was sitting in front of his small adjustable desk while flipping through his drawing book. Once he found a blank page he grabbed the pencil feeling the nostalgia already hitting him. He grasped it tightly while he drew shapes for the pose he wanted. While time passed the only thing he heard was the faint scratch of led against construction paper, it may sound annoying to others but to him, it brings back memories especially that time when he fell down a flight of stairs since he was too distracted about his “crayons”. With a final stroke, he finished he set the pencil down lightly while blowing at the paper to get rid of some eraser shavings. He was done and now he had a new picture to post on Instagram. @chibi_justin

Sleep it was the nicest feeling in the world, Well in his opinion it was he didn’t give a rat’s ass at what other people said. Well, It sometimes wasn’t the best feeling in the world he would sometimes wake up with a dark figure either holding him down or watching him from the doorway while he couldn’t move. It scared him how helpless people was while their asleep people could do anything to us and we wouldn’t even know it. But this time it was different. He woke up in a sweat he saw the same dark figure but this time…he could move. Panic was the only thing in his mind. He thrashed and screamed but no one came while the figure was slowly inching towards him. It lunged at him the last thing he saw before darkness was the inhumane smile of a maniac. Sunlight crept its way through the curtains he woke up in a panic hitting his head on the top of his bed. “It was only a dream” He sighed in relief. He got up and left while not noticing his window closing…..

Science Stop Motion Video

Paragraph.
At the start, We made a plan. We picked meiosis due to a higher chance of getting an A. We started earlier than other groups but we had to restart 2 times one at he start and one at the end since we made the objects too small to split apart and at the end we messed up at with the anaphase part. We kind of forgot to give eachother the link to the video so i went to kaitlyn’s edublog and found it there. At the end we where able to finish the project. I was happy that it turned out okay but! the stop motion was kinda shaky so yea. Btw. I don’t think this is a whole paragraph but eh.

Story
Hola! I am chromosome pair 9! this is my acquaintance chromosome pair 17! We live in a little boy named Link! he has Uner Tan Syndrome don’t know what it is? well i’ll tell you! it is when a person has the inability to stand and walk on all fours there’s more symptoms but i’l explain them later. Sadly we are both the cause of the syndrome but his parents pass down autosomal recessive genes! by breeding wanna know what’s so different? they where brother & sister.
The deformity of the syndrome occurs with the VLDLR gene. The VLDLR controls neuronal positioning and alignment in the cerebellum the cerebellum is the region of the brain that controls….motor control…I’m also here to tell you other causes of the disease!
-Underdevelopment in the cerebellum, particularly the narrow are between the two brain hemispheres.
-An overly smooth surface area of the brain which results in fewer neurons.
Some of the Symptoms of the NEW disease is.
-Severe mental disability.
-Involuntary rhythmic eye movement
-lack ability to communicate.(can only communicate in sounds)
-Inability to coordinate muscle movement(Fast changing movements of the limbs,Dysmetria:decreases the range of motion)
Link has it hard…his family has to move to a secluded part of their town the reason is the town people believe that he is cursed and shall be executed but…his family didn’t want him to leave…..so they moved to the “ghost” part of the town. Currently there’s no cure since it is a new disease if you didn’t see me write it in bold letters. A theory believes that this syndrome is reverse-evolution but other scientists disagree and say our past ancestors have a different motion than the disease Link has. Hopefully we will they will find a cure the following years.

I started by writing out all of the questions that I needed to research and found the answers eventually. I then proceeded to write notes in my notebook. after research on UT syndrome I read about gene mutation so I had a good understanding on what i was going to write about.
How did you verify and cite the information you found?
All of the information I found was the same well almost the same on all the websites.
How did this process of completing this challenge go? what could you have done better?
The process was pretty easy because information about this syndrome is very accessible. I could have researched a few more questions so I could include more effects and consequences of this syndrome.
