Hey all, makes sure you keep logging your activity Monday, Wednesdays, Fridays. Some of you are falling off the map a bit. Also, many of you have talked about not be motivated or feeling like your fitness/strength isn’t great right now. Please note that every video I post is selected for the reason to give you that pump, push, burn that you should be looking for. Anyways here’s a great core workout that gets away from just crunching (she talks about why she can’t because she just had a baby so just get past that and get into it!). Have a great weekend and see you Wednesday for fitness testing!

Please choose your own workout today and complete your last log for this cycle. See you Monday!
