The novel Wonder by Raquel J. Palacio is about a boy who enters 5th grade with face differences. I learned that people can be very prejudice towards people that may be a little different than others. I also learned that there are people who care and can treat them like another human being. It also gives insight on what it feels like to live with a difference that people seem to think make you a bad person. Overall it shows how people can build relationships no matter the circumstances and be willing to give up what they had to do the right thing.
