What are some initiatives\things\volunteering you have been involved with this past term? Describe what you have done, and the time you have spent.
- This term I joined the school’s social media team and was given the responsibility of managing the posts, ontop of this i have spent almost every thursday at the wave helping students/staff who have tech issues whether its problems with their device or with Office 365/MyEd.
What are some things you have learned? What are some of your strengths?
- During my time on the tech team I learnt the basics of TinkerCad. During this term i learnt I have strength in helping and assisting others, and learning and adapting fast.
What are some of the challenges, aha moments, small wins…you experienced? What are some areas where you can grow?
- One challenge and small win I encountered in this semester was learning TinkerCad all over again. While learning TinkerCad i ran into problems with modeling but i perservered and managed to learn the ropes pretty quickly and im proud of that.
Looking ahead…What are some things you would like to improve and/or accomplish? Is there something I want to learn or try? Focus on technology, leadership and school culture.
- Next Semester I want to try learning how to utilize the makerspace and utilize the tools there so i can be more efficent.
