Foods 12 October Lab Reflection, DIY Cheese

I chose to reflect on the DIY Cheese lab because I found it very interesting that I can make something that seems so complicated at home, very easily. I enjoyed the lab because the final product was really good, and the process itself was very fun. The product turned out better than I have anticipated. It was very tasty with the selection of herbs. I think our attention to detail helped out with the good outcome. Our group worked very well together. We stayed on task and we all took turns stirring the pot. If I was to do this lab again, I would try to add different spices and herbs that will compliment and bring out the flavour of the cheese. I would explore with different combination of spices.

    Good points, John. I think you could expand on a few of them a bit more, however, as there are a lot of short points that you could ahve built upon.
