On Monday, you wrote a short story terms quiz and then we continued on to work on our paragraphs on “Sam The Athlete”. We took our paragraph outlines and wrote them out into drafts being aware of a strong topic sentence, transition words and proper quote integration.
-Today we will do some peer editing on our paragraphs. Complete the review checklist…you will be divided into random groups of two to do this task. You should take the feedback you receive and re-work your paragraph adding in/editing any suggestions from the peer edit review sheet.
-Read the Short Story “House” aloud as a class. This short story can be found on my sharepoint site in the short story folder.
-Complete a “Short Story Summary Sheet” for this short story
