How did this experience show you that learning is embedded in memory, history and story?

This activity showed me that learning is embedded in memory, history and story as they all share one thing in common. Experience. Through experience, humans learn from their mistakes and can grow in knowledge and wisdom. With the circle activity, everyone in the class shared their stories which led me to learn from their memories and history. With this, it helped me gain a deeper understanding while others were completely different from my perspective. I was able to learn from other people’s experiences and stories and helped me gain a deeper understanding that learning can be from a personal story. I learned that you could teach others with your own story as you have gained enough experience to share it to others and potentially help their path in life.
