Gyeran-mari or tolled omelette in Korean cuisine is made with beaten eggs mixed with several finely diced ingredients. This dish is good for any meal because it’s easy to make. Common ingredients could include, green onion, mushrooms, meat, or cheese.

Creamy Egg Sandwich


An egg sandwich is filled with egg salad. The salad includes boiled egg sliced into small pieces, with finely sliced apple, cucumbers and honey mustard and you would mix it together to make the filling. Every bite you take is filled with the fluffy texture of the eggs as well as the sweetness you taste.

Gyeran-jjim (Korean steamed egg)


This is a Korean savory egg custard dish. Gyeran means egg, and jjim meams steamed dish. It somewhat resembles an egg souffle but it typically doesn’t include dairy products and it is steamed instead of being baked. This dish has a nice pudding like texture and is slight salty and savory.

1. Prepare your Ingredients

2. Get everything ready!

3. Start cooking!

4. Roll gently! 

5. Keep rolling until you run out of your egg mixtures.

6. Your Gyeran- Mari is ready!
